Account & Registration

Creating an account is quick and free. Head to the Register page, fill in your mobile number, set a password, and complete the verification step. Once your number is confirmed via OTP, your account is ready to use. The whole process typically takes under three minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on PHX9. This is a firm requirement. We may ask for a valid government-issued ID to verify your age and identity during the account verification process. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately.

No. Each player is only allowed one account on PHX9. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you're having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our support team and we'll help you recover it.

After registering, you may be asked to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process before making withdrawals. You'll need to submit a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's licence — along with a selfie for face matching.
