1 Introduction

Welcome to PHX9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and PHX9 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your registration, access to, and use of all products and services available on the PHX9 platform, including sports betting, live casino, fish games, slots, and any other game categories made available from time to time.

By creating an account on PHX9, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PHX9, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is firm and is enforced through our KYC verification process.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order or account suspension on PHX9.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

PHX9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the required documents, your account may be suspended until verification is completed.

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on PHX9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• Logging out after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying PHX9 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

PHX9 uses OTP (one-time password) verification via your registered mobile number for login attempts from new devices and for all withdrawal requests. Ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on PHX9 are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion will be applied to your account balance.

Deposits:

• Deposits can be made via supported Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, and Philippine online/mobile banking.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider, though processing times may vary.
• PHX9 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• Withdrawals must be to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Processing times vary by payment method. PHX9 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, but external delays from payment providers are outside our control.
• PHX9 reserves the right to conduct additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PHX9 offers various promotions across sports betting, live casino, fish games, and slots. All active offers are listed on the Promotions page. By opting into any promotion, you agree to the specific terms and conditions attached to that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• PHX9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus amounts or incomplete wagering requirements after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Any winnings derived from bonus play may be limited as specified in each promotion's terms.
• PHX9 does not guarantee any specific bonus percentage, cashback rate, or free spin count — these are defined per promotion and subject to change.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

PHX9 offers sports betting, live casino games, fish shooting games, slots, and other game categories. Each product category is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are available within the relevant section of the platform. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. PHX9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where the platform determines a void is warranted (for example, a cancelled sporting event).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed at the point of wagering.
• PHX9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed error.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sporting rules displayed for that market at the time of placing.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game session, the round may be voided and stakes returned. PHX9's decision on such matters is final.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

PHX9 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether for personal gain or otherwise. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any form of match-fixing, fraud, or manipulation related to sporting events covered by the PHX9 sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial activity that violates Philippine law through the platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at platform staff or other players.

PHX9 employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and account activity. If your account is flagged for investigation, it may be temporarily suspended while the review is conducted. We will communicate with you through your registered contact details during this process.

8 Responsible Gaming

PHX9 takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming involves real financial risk, and we provide tools to help you manage your play. These tools are available directly from your account settings and include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You can configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, you can apply a self-exclusion period through your account or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is applied promptly and cannot be reversed within the nominated period.

PHX9 will never attempt to contact a self-excluded player with promotional material during their exclusion period.

• Losses arising from bets placed based on inaccurate or delayed information displayed on the platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Actions taken by PHX9 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or bonus voidance.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law. PHX9's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount you deposited in connection with that incident.

11 Changes to These Terms

PHX9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on their account — typically by email or platform notification — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
